You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. For exchange, we must receive the merchandise for domestic orders within 14 days from the date of delivery and for international orders also within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any product received after 14 days will not be liable for exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions.  Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 - 8800214778 which remains open 24 hours on 7 DAYS (Monday to Sunday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange the same. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:-

  1. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
  2. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and paper tags should be included with your return.
  3.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  4.  In case of any exchange, the customer will have to dispatch the product to our office. We will do a QC of the product and only if it matches our exchange criteria, we will approve to exchange it. In this scenario the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  5. In an order, if there are more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Exchange will not be possible.
